I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Fredrikstad. The location was perfect, with beautiful views of the park and water from our traditional room. The hotel also had a surprising bonus - a modern and well-equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher. It was a great convenience to be able to prepare our own meals and dine outside on the tables and benches. The value for money was excellent, especially considering the free parking. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the attention to detail in the room was impressive. I particularly appreciated the shower towel provided.
All in all, our stay at this hotel was more than satisfactory.

Hard to think of anything.

The hotel has a decent location with great views of the water. the accommodations offer all necessary facilities such as a kitchen and shower. Rooms have comfortable beds and are quiet enough to hear just the seagulls outside.
The vegetarian breakfast was unsatisfactory and the entrance beeps were disruptive during sleep.

The view from the room was stunning, and the location was ideal for exploring the city. the free boat trip provided easy access to the city center and added a nice touch to the stay. the room was clean and tidy upon arrival.
The bed was incredibly uncomfortable and caused back pain. the breakfast was disappointing as the vegetarian option was not provided and the light in the room made it difficult to sleep.

The location was perfect for my business trip, with stunning views of the park and water. The room was spacious and well-equipped with a modern and complete kitchen. I especially enjoyed the opportunity to eat outside on the lovely tables and benches. Plus, the free city ferry made accessing the old town and modern city center a breeze.
The bed was a bit uncomfortable for my taste, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. there was some noise from the front door beeping when guests entered, which disturbed my rest.

Magasinet Fredrikstad offers great value for money. The location of this hotel is fantastic - situated on a small island, it is close to the old town, parks, and the waterfront. The fact that you can easily access the different parts of the city via a small ferry adds to the charm.
